UX/UI DESIGN
Wisr Finance
Known for providing personal loans from $5k to $50k, Wisr Finance acts as the middle man between everyday Australians and brokers. Alongside aiding Aussies with their personal debt, the company also has other ventures including WisrCredit and WisrApp.
In 2018 they underwent a re-brand which required new digital assets, new strategies and new systems to accomodate this change.
The Role
- User Experience & User Interface Design
- Digital Graphic Design
- Service design frameworks (Double Diamond, Human-Centred Design)

- User Research & Data Collection (Surveys, User Testing)

EMAIL HEADERS
WisrApp Customer Journey
With Wisr’s round-up app, there was a streamlined journey that notified customers via email of their financial progress. These visual email headers were created using their existing illustrated assets, with some custom made to suit their brand guidelines.

DATA VISUALISATION
The Wisr Ecosystem
Wisr Finance is more than a personal loan company, with its goal to bring financial wellness to Australians there are many growth channels they’ve developed to accomodate this. A data visualisation of their ecosystem as a whole was designed to easily highlight its key offerings.

SOCIAL MEDIA
WisrApp
WisrApp is a financial wellness tool by Wisr that helps Australians manage debt, savings and credit more proactively. It allows users to track their credit score, automate micro-savings via rounding up everyday purchases (“Round-ups”) toward paying off nominated debts, view and manage any Wisr loans, monitor email for data breaches, and access insights and educational content.
ANIMATED MEDIA
In order to promote their upcoming WisrApp, animated social media posts, (using Adobe After Effects) were created to demonstrate how users were able to pay down their debt through their daily transactions. This would’ve been posted on their Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn social media channels.

USER INTERFACE DESIGN
WisrCredit
WisrCredit is a free service by Wisr Finance that lets users check and compare their credit scores from multiple bureaus without affecting their rating. It aims to improve financial awareness by helping people track, understand, and build healthier credit habits within Wisr’s broader financial wellness ecosystem.
SITEMAP CREATION
For WisrCredit I aided in generating various ideas for what the dashboard would look like for users. It also involved creating sitemaps in order to summarise what already existed on the website. The sitemaps served as a means to analyse the current process of accepting credit users as well as testing to see whether it was efficient and effective.

USER INTERFACE DESIGN
WisrCredit
WisrCredit users had the ability to view the health of their credit scores. We wanted to visually communicate this in a fun and creative way on their UI dashboards. Below are proposed mock-ups with the option to compare between credit bureaus.

USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN
Wisr Fund
During my time I was involved with analysing the user feedback through customer surveys, doing competitor research, and understanding the company’s processes in order to streamline them.
WISR INVESTOR RELATIONS
One example was analysing the Wisr fund process, this involved looking at pain points and suggesting possible solutions. This began with interviewing the Wisr Fund managers, seeing their perspective on the situation. They were already aware of some issues hence why the need for the webpage redesign.

CUSTOMER JOURNEY
Wisr Fund
We sought to streamline the UX/UI of the Wisr Fund process on the WisrCredit website. At the time there wasn’t a tracking process of the users.
Diagrams, like the one below were crafted to help the team better understand the process the customer goes through.
Due to confidentiality I was unable to contact investors directly, thus the Wisr managers could only show their perception of how the application form process occurred.

WEBSITE PROTOTYPING
Wisr Fund
These were summarised suggestions given to the Wisr Fund managers to take into consideration with the next web page redesign.
