1. Introduction
Welcome to Design With Mai (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our graphic design services. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
We provide graphic design services, including but not limited to branding, logo design, marketing materials, and digital graphics. Project timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be agreed upon before work commences.

3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 50% is required before work begins.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of the project and before final files are delivered.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Revisions & Edits

  • Clients are entitled to one round of revisions.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be subject to extra charges.

5. Ownership & Copyright

  • Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to the final design.
  • We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any stock images or third-party assets used remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Use of Work for Promotional Purposes

  • We reserve the right to use all completed work for promotional purposes on our printed and online digital platforms, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials.
  • If a client wishes to withhold their project from being featured, this must be agreed upon in writing before the project’s completion.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary materials, including brand guidelines, images, and text.
  • Delays in providing materials may result in extended timelines.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If a project is canceled after significant progress, a prorated fee based on work completed will be charged.

9. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our designs.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before finalization.

10. Confidentiality

  • We respect client confidentiality and will not share project details without permission.
  • Clients agree not to disclose proprietary design methods or pricing.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, legal action may be taken in the jurisdiction in Sydney, Australia.

12. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
